Returns & Exchanges at GRIP

We want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
